There's a geniune sense of care. Generally matters of immigration applications tend to be less friendly ,However at Breytenbachs I experienced a warm, friendly engage followed by first rate expertise.
Done really well for me from the start ,is the consultation and clarity of the process.
During the review and requirements submission at times one may feel it difficult to achieve,with each detail of the application scrutinized for honest correction ,legitimacy and improvement. I recommend applicants follow the guide to the letter, not matter how taxing work concurrently with your consultants to allow for the best possible outcome and experience the application success I did. I can't recommend Breytenbachs Tygervalley Waterfront- South Africa enough!

I paid several thousand for help with a South African visitor visa extension. We had an introductory meeting which I was happy with, thereafter, assistance largely consisted of a document checklist and a VFS appointment, while communication required repeated follow-ups and clarifications.

When Home Affairs issued my visa with an incorrect expiry date, I received little support. My caseworker advised visiting VFS without an appointment. VFS later explained that there was a rectification process through which I could book an appointment at no cost and avoid waiting all day. I had to establish these steps myself and was left wondering why and to what I paid all these money…

As the incorrect expiry date approached, I decided to leave South Africa rather than remain uncertain. My email informing my caseworker received no response.

I expected clear guidance, communication and empathy in a for many stressful period. Instead, the service cost me more time and energy than it saved. The positive reviews surprised me, although my experience may reflect the particular caseworker assigned to me.

What an incredible experience!! Thank you to Debbie for your attention to detail and support. Couldn’t have done it without you.

The helpfulness, professionalism and wisdom of Laya and Monique in dealing with both our ILR and Citizenship applications was much appreciated.
