Be warned if you’re ordering from the United States. This seller does not pay taxes and fees and you will be slapped with customs charges on top of your purchase. I reached out to this seller and they confirmed. It was an additional $83 and I’ve never had a seller merchant not absorb customs fees.

We had such a fantastic experience shopping here in Florence. As a family we ended up buying 9 jackets altogether, and honestly, we kept coming back day after day because we loved the store so much. Every time we came in, we somehow ended up leaving with even more jackets.

A staff member we believe was named Babak was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. He let us take our time trying on different styles and sizes, never once making us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing him — even with a big family group coming back multiple days in a row.

We left very happy with our purchases and would absolutely recommend this store to anyone visiting Florence.

The order was handled efficenctly online and the product arrived in good time. Actually very hapypy with the quality and fit. It's a close fit (as expected from the pictures) and it's perfect for what I was looking for. Soft leather and well made. I don't normally buy leather jackets online because I prefer to check the quality of the leather but I was happy with this purchase.

I recently purchased a small leather bag in black. The order process was straightforward and relatively quick. The bag and strap are made of good quality leather, but the zip really let's the quality down. If you're paying in excess of £100 for a bag, you expect the zip to work effectively and frankly it's very difficult to use. Overall, disappointing

Quality and style

Their website was not working. I contacted them and they could not have been more helpful. They sent dimensions, photographs and someone modelling the bag I was interested in so that I could get a good perspective. Nothing was too much trouble. I received the bag which was beautifully wrapped in secure packaging and I am thrilled with it. Highly recommended company…but please mend your website… I very nearly went elsewhere. A lot of people wouldn’t go to as much effort as I did to get the bag I wanted.

Quality of leather jacket is really on the high end (sofness, finish). Web service provided by Barone is also on the top end, very gentle and responsive.
