The company has a mission - to build the bridge between traditional financial systems and regulation and the digital asset space. Our goal is to onboard the general public to digital currency by building fully compliant payment infrastructure that enables simple and secure conversion of fiat currency to digital currency (e.g. USD/CAD to BTC/ETH). Banxa's flagship product is a “Plug-and-Play” Fiat Onramp which allows seamless access to digital currencies via multiple payment methods. It’s been days and I still can’t find…

It’s been days and I still can’t find any of my coin I ordered. Tell me where it went after I purchased it and when I press on this thing after it says that I have it and I click click on it to go back to the website it says in error i’d love to show you the pictures, but I can’t. I'm upset that I can't get a refund…

I'm upset that I can't get a refund because I don't know what I'm doing. I don't know how to return claim the crypto that I bought and I don't know where it went and I don't know what every time I could try to go and finish it. It keeps telling me that the page is dead or the the page is no longer and I don't like it. I'm over it. I want my money back and I want a refund and if you can't give me a refund I'm pissed

Going through Banxa for my bitcoin…

Going through Banxa for my bitcoin purchase was qick and easy. The only thing I take issue with is I purchased $95 worth of bitcoin but after purchase cleared there was only $87.25 in my wallet. Little disappointed so much was taken for fees and whatever else. Would love to hear your feedback on this.
