Living in the United States the concern was the product getting to me. Communication was on point through emails. UPS was the carrier that they used to ship the product. The tracking was on point. Thank you for using a reliable shipping carrier. When opening the product it was brand new in the box no issues and worked as it should.

International Order
I'm in California, USA. I ordered a pistol from Ballistas that is available in Europe but not in the US. I was a little nervous that it might get held up or confiscated in customs. But everything went great. I received the gun in a little over a week. Duties were easy and not too much money. UPS just emailed me a bill for the duties and I paid it online. I'm very happy with the gun and with Ballistas.

Everything came and not a single problem with the item and works as what was described as it being new and in mint condition and it came like that with no damage on it just like how I got the others with the lubricant that was add on helped it stay in mint condition so much better than last time but last time no problems but doing what you did this time makes it way better with not risking things breaking or getting dried out.

One of the magazines I ordered turned out to be for an older generation of the air rifle, but they gave me a month to send it back and get a refund. Happy with everything.
