Order never received

Order never received and company refusing to do anything about it, they claim that a « complaint » has not been entered within 10 days … it is ridiculous. Company to be avoided

Jammer om te lezen dat je destijds niet de service hebt ervaren die je had mogen verwachten.

We willen hierbij graag vermelden dat deze bestelling is geplaatst voordat wij Baby Natura hebben overgenomen. Sindsdien hebben we onze klantenservice en werkwijze volledig vernieuwd, waarbij we veel waarde hechten aan persoonlijke service en het vinden van een passende oplossing voor onze klanten.

Het spijt ons dat je met deze ervaring bent achtergebleven. Hoewel we deze situatie helaas niet meer kunnen veranderen, hopen we dat jij en toekomstige klanten zullen ervaren waar wij ons iedere dag voor inzetten.
