Delayed order
Delayed order. I created an order on the 1st of June, and after 3 phonecalls from my side I finally actually received my order on the 17th. As compensation for the massive delay I was refunded the transport cost, this was barely 3% of the order cost. The content of the order was good, but I'm severely dissapointed in the service and would advise anyone who wants to get their order in decent time to buy elsewhere instead.

I can see that the first package we sent was unfortunately lost in transit. We sincerely apologize for this, but it was an issue beyond our control.
I can also see that the replacement package was delivered within 5 business days. This is the delivery timeframe we promise, and unfortunately we're not able to deliver it any faster.
We believe that refunding the shipping cost is a fair resolution, as the issue was with the delivery process and not with the products themselves.
