I feel like the skirt is mis marked? I have a very similar skirt from bash this season in yellow in the same size and this skirt is WAY bigger. Ugh.

Fabulous quality, fast delivery

ONCE AGAIN ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH THEIR COURIER DHL.PARCEL DID NOT ARRIVE BUT WAS PLACED BEHIND A PLANT POT OUT SIDE ANOTHER PROPERTY. PHOTO AS PROOF OF DELIVERY SHOWED THIS. WE RANG DHL TO BE TOLD THEY WOULD NOt retrieve parcel but would carry out an investigation?. We then attempted to call BA&sh to find out there was no telephone number for customer services to attempt to get support to resolve issue, and had to email them. Dreadful situation. One day later and still no response from either company.

I appreciated that customer service stayed in touch through out the delivery process and that my purchase arrived so quickly from Paris.

I love Ba&sh clothing and have always had a very good experience with the brand, so this situation was particularly disappointing.
Recently, one of the items I returned was not refunded because I was told it had not been received. What I find absolutely crazy is that, before even investigating what happened to the missing item, I was asked to provide a copy of my passport/ID.
I find it completely disproportionate to request such sensitive personal information just to investigate a missing return. What is especially frustrating is that I am now effectively put in a position where I have to choose between giving up highly sensitive personal information or potentially giving up my refund.
For a premium brand, I would expect a much more reasonable and customer-friendly process for investigating a missing return.
I genuinely love Ba&sh, but this experience has seriously affected my trust in ordering from them online.

The dress I ordered was confirmed at the time of purchase then a day or two later I received notice my order had been cancelled as it was actually out of stock. First, I never understand why a computer isn't keeping up with the actual stock at the time of purchase, but when this happens, why doesn't the website tell you "your size is now out of stock but we still show stock in the following sizes if you are interested". I sent an email to Customer Service when I received the cancellation notice and asked if the dress was still available in any other sizes. The next day I was sent a form email saying you apologize that the item was not actually available when I placed the order - not helpful.

Absolutely GORGEOUS suede coat... the color is sublime and the detailing makes it so special! Front pockets are everything!! The delivery from Paris was super quick! As in MUCH FASTER than ordering packages shipping within the US!! And the even better part? This coat was part of a sale which was then included in another Labor Day discount! Sooo happy with this purchase!!

For the most part I like the quality of your product. You have a very innovative designs, not your run of the mill jeans and t-shirts. Product quality is inconsistent, particularly around your t-shirts and pants. What you need to improve on is your on-line retail site. Include customer reviews on your product particularly around sizing and customer feedback on quality and fit. In addition, more information about the product namely inseam length on your pants.
