The company is very misleading in terms of delivery. The item I ordered was showing will be delivered in 6-9 days.. it's already 8 days and they haven't even shipped it from Germany..yes they are not a US company. Don't waste your time on them unless something you want is months in the future. I won't ever buy anything from them.
Oh ya forgot I paid extra money for my order to be prioritized.. more money wasted. US people don't buy it. Let EU or Germans enjoy it. You will get way better things in Amazon or any local or national baby store.

I ordered 2 products on 15 January to be gifted on 24 January. The website quoted an estimated delivery date between 17 and 21 January. They nearly immediately issued an email saying the order has been shipped but when I looked deeper in the DHL order tracking and Bo&Birdie's website it appears the products are still in production and have not been shipped. I sent an email to the customer service and received no response back. I tried to call their number but nobody picks up.
