They have gone through difficult time and yet did not stop believing in their vision. In the contrary the team focused on how to develop BOTS. This just incourages me to invest more.
I trust BOTS because they believe in their vision.
I gave 4stars because I did not experience the products of BOTS. My experience is based on the good communication and transparancy towards the investers.
From here I urge them to stay striving to provide the same level of communication and transparency with the users of BOTS products.

An innovative and easy-to-use solution that allows you to invest in a broadly diversified portfolio with just a few clicks. I particularly like that the portfolios give retail investors access to alternative asset classes that are otherwise difficult to access. A great way to diversify beyond traditional investments.

BOTS trading experience
I tried BOTS because it promised to give the average investor access to the algorithmic trading that large institutions were using.
The returns were great even though I wasn’t a particular fan of crypto and would’ve liked to see algorithmic stock trading.
The recent overhaul to the platform where they got out of crypto and switched to AI-powered research to trade stock was the main reason I invested additional capital.

Complete change of buisness and fees
Entered investing with Bots Capital about 1 year ago, at this time advertisement was their own 3 profiles, one fund, and alot of different bots. The fund and all the bots besides their own 3 profiles were removed from the platform recently without much notice/explanation. And the 3 profiles which had heavily underperformed to their "expecations" could now all of a sudden be transferred to 3 new "funds" that came out of the blue but are managed by the same management as the previous fund which also never performed. On top of that, all of a sudden there is a fee for money withdrawel for anything but from the new "funds" meaning if you want to stop buisness with them it costs you money anyway, this was never before.
Long story short, they promised crypto investments via the crypto itself or coins. Which they all of a sudden stopped and they want you to join new "funds" which should now be amazing without any background or proof of previous performance. But according to them it should be amazing.
I therefore withdrawed all my buisness from them, as this does not look trustworthy and open to me.

Unfortunately we were unable to attain the MiCar (crypto license) license within foreseeable timelines due to our business being so unique (buying and selling crypto, AI automated strategy's). And after careful consideration chose to not further chase attaining the MiCar license since of this year. Which meant we were not able to take in new customers in the crypto products.
Therefore last summer we've focussed further on something we were working on for a couple of years. We are proud that we finally could launch the multi asset fund of funds in our app last april. The funds that combine crypto and traditional asset classes into a multi strategy fund.
The AFM has in fact praised the way we have structured this wind-down of our crypto activities. The 2% withdrawal fee has always existed, but we previously absorbed it ourselves as a service within our crypto offering. Due to our transition to our new direction; the Fund of Funds, we unfortunately now have to pass on this 2% fee.
We provided well over a month for clients to withdraw their funds (crypto) free of charge. Many did so, and many others transferred free of charge to the new Fund of Funds. You can still transfer your crypto to Finst at no cost you have until the end of July at the latest to do so, if you wish. Alternatively, you can transfer to the Fund of Funds free of charge.

A great concept admittedly
A great concept admittedly, however after years of using the app albeit on a very small scale, they’ve now decided to PULL OUT of the UK citing something about UK regulations.
I have to date NOT received ANY official communication from BOTS (aside from chasing customer service for answers) explaining when and WHY (what U.K. legislation is causing BOTS to run away?)
And to boot they want I re-verify my identity 😁 again no official explanation as to why (I am a verified user since account creation…)
If they were more forthcoming in their communication I might have rated it higher.
So Bots replied here yet I’m still waiting for an official email giving a detailed explanation…(nothing on their website either )
You want me to boost your rating? By pass banks and offer crypto for deposits…then I’ll give it a higher rating..

Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support, which indifferently pulls the process of confirming the replenishment of my account for 3 months, keeping money at home. The compliance department is cold and indifferent to the problem. Their answers once every 4-5 days, prepared texts, indicate that everything is smooth for them, and can be delayed for many more months

This company has huge potential if they will only operate in a more transparent and legit way. I tried to put in my bank account details to withdraw some money but to my surprise it doesn’t allow the user to do so. So stay away for now until you can really verify it’s not a scam.

100% a scam.
Can’t upload my bank details also not my identity card. And when you ask for help. There is no one to correspondent with. They may be happy that the app is still in the app and playstore
