The shipping address and phone number are often missing or incorrect. Items also arrive damaged far too frequently, and I'm lucky if I even receive a refund, let alone any other form of compensation or goodwill gesture.

The delivery recently is becoming too…
The delivery recently is becoming too slow. 12 days is too much from France to Belgium when I use Postnl the items arrive the next day! I cannot complain about their products they have good brands with good prices. They should provide more samples when someone spends more than €100 euro. I spent €162 and all I could select was a 1ml Bioderma sample. I got nothing else and I usually try products before I purchase them, so I guess their loss too.
