I had a very good experience with the custumer service due to an exchange that I have requested. The communication was fast and clear and very apreciated. The belt that I have ordered was offered as gift and very apreciated. I have afterwards purchased one for me. I would like to mention that I already have a belt from Lima and the products are similar and of very good quality. Thank you very much.
I stumbled over this website on Pinterest because they had these beautiful embroidered belts and I contacted them about delivery to my country because it wasn't there. They answered very quick and positive and 4 days later I am the happy owner of a beautiful belt. Very quick response.
