Risky for international buyers - Poor communication and improper sizing
I ordered a Baracuta jacket in Size L, but received an XXL. The shop admitted their "internal sizing" differs from the manufacturer’s, yet they failed to disclose this on the website.
Since May 1st, they have completely ignored my emails regarding return shipping costs ($35–50 AUD from Australia). If a shop refuses to communicate about a return label for their own mistake, I cannot trust that they will actually process a full refund once I’ve spent more money to send the item back. Their silence makes the entire transaction feel like a high-risk gamble. Proceed with caution if you are outside of France.
UPDATE (22 May 2026): Following this review, the shop contacted me immediately and provided a paid return label. Once they received the returned jacket, they processed a full refund, including my initial shipping fees. While the communication was initially poor, their customer service team stepped up and resolved the issue perfectly once they made contact. I appreciate them taking responsibility for the return costs.
