I loved that AU Divorce made their divorce process simple, painless and easy direction from the beginning.

A very dignified, private, and efficient way to handle a divorce. The online portal was simple to use and customer support responded quickly whenever I had a question.

I was surprised at the daunting nature of legal documents. I do not find the language of legalese easy to comprehend. And so I relied on Robin to guide me through the process. I wrote many emails and asked many questions. I did not find the process easy and clearly do not have the mind of a lawyer!
Lucky that I had AU divorce to assist. Robin was extremely prompt and patient. I believe the fees were reasonable considering the effort Robin put into my divorce application.

Do not use this company took my money and never responded. $350 for nothing and 12 months later still nothing. I also have seen a lawyer and she has informed that the paperwork i filled in was for the wrong court

At 72 and 40 years of marriage I found some of the instructions a bit overwhelming but was so pleased with Robyn’s patience with me.

What an unprofessional and totally uncaring company. They made what should have been a straightforward process extremely difficult by virtue of the fact that they routinely took over two weeks to respond to an email. Do not use this company. All they do is tell you to file the paperwork yourself. Google the papers, download and print them yourself and don’t waste your money. Get real lawyers if you want the process done correctly.

Anyone trying to navigate divorce paperwork in Australia will quickly realise how confusing and overwhelming it can be. I was completely lost trying to understand what was required for a sole application. It felt almost impossible to know which forms were actually acceptable to the court, let alone where to find the correct blank versions, and doing all of this under emotional stress made it even harder.

Laura & Robin @ AUDivorce made the whole process manageable. They guided me step by step, answered all my questions patiently without ever getting frustrated, and explained everything in clear, simple terms that actually made sense.

There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but nothing that caused concern or shook my confidence in them. The fee is very reasonable considering the level of support provided over an extended period, and I’m certain that without their help, the process would have taken me months longer.

From first contact to finalisation, it took just under 3 months, and I was officially divorced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

there’s nothing you can do if they don’t reply emails because there’s no phone number, no business location.
I had to pay another agency for my case at the end.
