I saw the Sway first from an ad on social media, I knew immediately to order it.
When I received the Sway (Shipping to Israel) the excitement was through the roof.
I just openned the Sway and used it like 5 minutes with FL studio (FrutyLoops) and wow, amazing.
I wish I have more time to play with the instrument because it is genius, innovative and fun.

The Audima customer service is awesome! I was a little nervous at first about how responsive they would be since they’re based in Australia and don’t have a phone number to call, but the team was incredibly attentive to my emails.

After running into some shipping issues with my Sway, they stayed on top of everything and made sure it was delivered to me. Isaac, in particular, was a huge help throughout the process and really took care of me.

Great customer service and a great experience overall. Thank you, Isaac and the Audima team!

Isaac personally contacted me after my PayPal pay in 4 submission failed and I reached out to them via their contact us page on their website. I cannot thank you enough Audima Labs team you just don't get service like that these days from anyone. A true Gentleman and a scholar I feel but what else should I have expected when dealing with an Aussie? Go you bloody good things. So glad you're such a success story Gents thoroughly deserved. Definitely Sway, you can create, program, express and perform.
If you practice like anything; you will find all the doors to creativity here.
Transparent company in all phases of distribution. Batch 3 for me was amazing and well worth the wait.

When I first saw this product I thought that might be what I was looking for. As a film composer one of the most impotant things is to be able to use midi expression controller to get as close results to real dynamics for instrument like strings, brass, etc.
When it finally arrived - I understood, indeed it is a game changer.

Ordered my Sway as part of Batch 3. Unfortunately, the one I received didn't turn on. Reached out to Isaac and the Audima Labs team and they promptly started working on replacing the unit. Replacement unit works fine and still getting familiarize with the equipment and the way I want to use it. The options and possibilities are countless depending on which software you want to control.

I was in the process of ordering my SWAY MIDI Controller and ran into an issue setting up the payment installments using PayPal. I emailed the customer service email listed, and I kid you not, Isaac got back to me in 20 minutes, listened to my issue, and went out of his way to make an alternate payment portal so that I could get my Sway! Best experience I think I've ever had with any business's customer service.

Like any music device, the Sway still has room for improvement, but it performs really well and is genuinely enjoyable to use. As a non‑keyboard player, it gives me a much more expressive and honestly more fun way to play notes/chords/samples and FX in Ableton Live than just twisting knobs or pushing buttons

The process from ordering up to receiving the product were absolutely transparent. The audima team frequently informed about the current process steps and, if there was a question, they replied properly fast. The product itself, the Sway Controller is great. Even thoug I am pretty green in terms of producing music I see the great potential of the Sway.

I ordered my sway long time before they started to do the last batch, however these guys are for real, they keep you posted every month on how is the order and the batch going. 5 stars there.
Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to have my hands on it, since I've been travelling and performing and in the middle of all I got them. Can't wait to open and start to create some new tracks as well as play it live. I will come back for the final review, But so far I am very happy with the service.

I don’t understand how there are only three reviews here. This for me is the most revolutionary midi controller I have ever experienced. Maybe I’m putting too much into this but I had genuine concerns that it wouldn’t be quality and it exceeded expectation. I was worried about latency and sound quality but it’s all there. I can only imagine how this controller will evolve. At a time in my life where I truly needed music, this midi controller was the perfect tool to inspire me again. Kudos to audima labs you changed the game.

Yes I haven’t had chance to play with the sway since it arrived (it’s sitting there looking at me, the way my cat looks at me when she’s hungry).

So much help available from online discussions to numerous how to videos.

I just wish they also did stickers for all my gear,
