We couldn't have asked for a better auction advocate. From the moment he took the floor, it was clear he meant business, bold, confident, and completely in control. He led the auction loud and clear, and his presence alone seemed to unsettle the other bidders. It was a tough auction with four active bidders all fighting for the same house, but he stayed sharp and strategic the whole way through, mixing up his pricing tactics to keep everyone else off balance. On top of all that, he was genuinely funny, which took the edge off what was an incredibly stressful day for us.
