Good afternoon,
I placed an order with Autodoc, Germany on August 21st and to this day, I have not received the order. I contacted Autodoc and the only response is a tracking link for the order.
The order is with DHL Germany. I contacted DHL, who say the order is not with them, but with DHL Parcel. DHL Parcel is not responding.
I contacted DHL again, and they say they can't help anymore because my order is with DHL Parcel and that I should contact Autodoc Germany, the company that sold me the car parts, to complain and make them see that they should take responsibility and/or contact DHL Parcel because they were the ones who left the order there.
I contacted Auto Doc Germany again, a company selling automotive parts, and the conversation is always the same: a link to view the order status. I contacted Auto Doc Germany again, but they didn't continue and said it's disrespectful to always receive the same response: a link to view the order status. They stopped responding.

An absolute rubbish service
An absolute rubbish service. Auto Doc Portugal falsely claim delivery will take 24 - 72 hours
It has been 102 hours since I placed the order and it is the small part is still in transit.
Auto Doc shop is only 20 kms away from where I live!!
There's no contact phone and auto doc portugal's email states noreply at auto-doc.pt obviously they don't want to read customers email complaints or queries
I except it will take another 100 or 200 hours if I'm lucky to ever receive what I paid for.
It's been 8 days and I still not received my goods.
In return, AutoDoc are demanding my phone number and personal information and threaten to remove my review if do not provide more personal details and ID.
I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that aurodoc are demanding extra information not fulfill their responsibilities and ship my goods but rather to create conflict and attack me personally for writing a negative review about them.
here's the threat I received from trustpilot
"Just a reminder that you have 2 days left to provide more information or your review may be taken offline."
Typical response from today's easily offended woke generation.
