Good service
Pretty easy process, stressless. Just went the repair shop and they make a claim the part arrive in few days and they repair it. I don’t have any headaches what happened. They just done my work.

Joke of an insurance
Insurance companies are not known because they are reliable. However, autoconcept is the lowest of the lows, not only they do not pay when they should, they delay every answer. They are malicious and dishonest, and run away as soon as possible. They will not help you, and having no additional insurance is better and a lot less stressful than having to deal with these people.
The main takeaway: They will not compensate you, they will lose your time, trick you, and mess up the whole week in which you are unfortunate enough to have to interact with them
