Actively preventing paying customers winning
I have spent more than I would like to admit playing on this site, but I found it fun and killed some time.
However, recently, I discovered just how dishonest this place is. I know you don't ever really walk away from an arcade with more than you've spent, but I witnessed firsthand these guys deliberately preventing players winning.
I saw there was a golden ticket out on an empty willy wonka machine. About 2-3 inches from the edge. Loads of other cards too. Prime machine to play. So I sat on the machine screen, went to purchase tokens and then BAM. Machine on 'BRB'. Annoying but meh. Happens.
BUT it came back up no more than 2 or 3 minutes later so of course I jumped straight back on ready to play, only the golden ticket was gone. The machine was exactly as it was before, with the Golden ticket gone. (I have screenshots)
After messaging Arcade Online for a token refund and explaining exactly what I had seen, they tried to blame a 'rare' fault that they had to fix and the golden ticket was removed to be awarded to the player that won it. So I called them out. No one was playing that machine. No one won that ticket. Again, it was 2-3 inches from the edge, not stuck in the feeder at the bottom. Once I called them dishonest at best and fraudulent at worst they changed their tune. They decided that they completely misunderstood my email titled 'store refund' and thought I had said I won the ticket so removed it for me and credited it. Well, that also doesn't work because I put the refund request ticket in AFTER they removed the golden ticket.
I will no longer be using this site. There are many other options out there now, ones that hopefully aren't dishonest fraudsters.

Not worth it. All prizes are a crazy amount of tickets plus you have to use tickets to pay for shipping on top of that.

We'd like to clarify a couple of things to make sure you (and others) understand the way shipping works on the platform. Shipping prizes does cost money, but the cost in tickets is per order, not per prize. If you redeem multiple prizes at once and meet a certain threshold you can qualify for free shipping—there's a progress meter right in your prize cart to track it.
Save tickets up and take advantage of free shipping, and make sure to check in each day to claim free daily deals, and complete daily challenges for free tickets and tokens. They all add up. As you level up to higher tiers you can also earn ticket bonuses on your gameplay.
We appreciate you sharing your thoughts. We're always looking for ways to ensure players get great entertainment value from the platform, and we hope you'll give us another chance in the future.
