The worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. A representative who called me before siging the leasing contract promised me a car in 4 weeks. After signing the contract, there was no information from Arval and even afte 17 weeks, i am still waiting for the car. Phone calls and mails are never answered.
Awful experience leasing from Arval Germany! They just want to find an excuse to charge you for a couple of scratches even though you're paying for full insurance coverage! Its a rip off!
Arval Germany is incapable of fulfilling customer requirements. After ordering a company car they lost the order after confirming it 5 times. Then the price had increased. Then they claimed a 9 month delivery time. At no point did they offer alternatives or show any proactivity or concerns for the customer.
Then I ordered a short term leased car asking for an Audi. They claimed none available and offered a bmw or Mercedes. I accepted a Mercedes and confirmed the order. Two days later they informed me that the Mercedes is not available either. A worse customer service is hard to imagine, except the even worse service I suffered with Arval France. Do not use them
