Misleading and extra long delivery times

They announce 2 to 7 working days as average delivery time. But when contacting about a delayed order they reply items are "made to order and it will take two weeks to finish even before they ship from Portugal.

You're right to flag this. Several of our products are made to order by small workshops in Portugal and Spain, and the 2–7 working day estimate on the website does not reflect that production lead time. That is our mistake, and we are updating the product pages to make this clearer.

I am truly impressed with AlmaVida…

I am truly impressed with AlmaVida Kids! We ordered a Montessori shelf and the little bee basket, and the quality is outstanding. The solid pine wood shelf is beautifully made, very sturdy, and feels incredibly durable.

The customer service has been amazing – very friendly, quick to respond, and you can really feel the passion behind the brand.

My little one already loves exploring everything, and the products have made our playroom so much more organized and cozy.

I can highly recommend AlmaVida Kids!

Great advise and service.

I have ordered a learning tower and it was delivered on time. The owners also gave me some support in choosing the best product for my toddler. I recommend this business for the personalised support and prompt service.
