Today was AdGuard not able to blocking from unknown reason. After reinstalling works fine.

It's a great program overall with effective blocking across the entire Operating System level.

Pros :

- Browser protection is great, compared to the browser extension version of Adguard (which is browser limited because of Manifest V3 and filter limits)

- Additional features are protection at the DNS level (you can change DNS server) and various proxy options

- Advanced web protection options like blocking WebRTC, Flash or Java, filtering QUIC, HTTP3 protocol

- It also has a few anti-telemetry options or anti-windows tracking settings.

Cons : (Otherwise i would have given 5 stars)

- If you are not tech-savy regarding computers but just a simple home user for example, the program can be a bit overwhelming because of the large amount of cluttered options and settings in the UI. Wouldn't be a bad idea to design a Simplified mode toggle to switch between easy and advanced UI.

- The program is a bit resource intensive compared to the browser-only extension, it's not too bad but if you have a low-end or medium-spec PC, it's something to consider.

- This is more of a personal opinion, but i wish it had a "browser-only" mode toggle since i mainly use this program for my Chrome browser instead of automatically adding apps into the app-management screen where it starts routing and filtering through adguard automatically, or they should make settings to stop adding apps automatically or disable auto-filtering and auto-routing through AdGuard.

I've been using it for years. Great product and a must-have in a modern-day web environment.

Pretty good

I've had AdGuard for a couple of months and it works great, successfully filtering out tens of thousands of ads, particularly from YouTube. I love this app, and purchased lifetime protection. It recently stopped working, and AdGuard actually reached out to me to help fix the problem, which, after several failed attempts by me, was finally fixed! Yay. So happy with the AdGuard Support team, who were on top of the problem, giving me advanced tools to solve. They were prompt and professional, and got the job done. 5 stars

I have only good experience from this product.
It´s so nice to get rid of all the ads, I really don´t like them.

This is my favorite software app. I use it on Windows and Android. I have recommended it to many people, because it stops unwanted ads. I have become the go to one in the neighborhood when somebody has a computer problem. What a neighbor was worried their computer was hacked because a malicious Facebook ad that looked like a virus popped up, i got them to install Adguard. No more problems.

It was great experience, whenever I face problem in AG, I usually contact AG support team, as as always I get the best support, they do the best that they can do!!!

Uncommonly good app. Had a problem with it once (because of the iPhone, not the app) and their support team replied so fast and helped me fix it right away. Been using the desktop version for years, they're so good and save my sanity and bandwidth.

Let's be straight on this:

- Does it actually work? Yes
- Does it successfully block ads on websites like YT? Yes
- Does it work fine on MacOs? Yes
- Is it worth it? Yes

AdGuard support is impeccable. They went a step ahead in not just addressing the issue but acknowledged and affirmed to make it as a feature of the product itself.

Well, it was my own mistake as I didn"t read the guideline for Mozilla and AdGuard how to connect without problem on mobile phone...
