Scammers! They have been withholding over $8,000 since September 2025.

Despite the fact that I completed all of their requested verification procedures, they still have not returned the money. They ignore messages, refuse to provide any specific payment date, and keep delaying the refund.

They will also ask you to send a large amount of personal and financial documentation simply by email. Given the way this situation has been handled, I have serious concerns about how those documents are stored and used.

They are also failing to comply with the terms of the agreement they themselves provided for us to sign.

They even told us that if we requested a withdrawal, we would never be able to work with them again.

Do not work with them. Once you stop cooperating with them and ask for your remaining balance back, you may simply never receive your money.

This kind of behavior should not be allowed to continue without consequences.

I had an $800 balance with them. After countless messages and trying to resolve the issue, they decided to take my balance instead of providing a fair solution. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this company. Be very careful if you decide to use their services. I've attached a screenshot as evidence.

After waiting several months, it finally looks like my refund is being processed.
My experience so far has been typical—the refund process has been slow, but at least they’re following through.

I understand that the company has now confirmed that the payment is scheduled, and I’m waiting to receive the transfer.

Accounts are crap, below average quality. We had no positive results and decided to refund all our balance.

Now, we are fighting for our refund for more than 4 months, they keep sending us new KYC requirements and requesting information they clearly do not need. I feel they are just doing it so people give up on their refunds.

All of the negative reviews that I see here are true and I find myself in a similar position.

trustpilot removed my last review so this time round i screenshot the conversation to show what adtucon is really about.

After almost a month of waiting I never managed to launch 1 campaign, I only spent budget on warm up accounts. Accounts which then collapsed shortly after. I asked many times some explanation and they said " this doesn't depends on us sorry ". So i requested new ad accounts and they never arrived. I spent almost 500 euros on service costs and heating ads and when I asked for a refund of the remaining 800 I never received it, they tell me to wait 2 months to transfer my credit back and they don't want to explain the reason to me, or make me talk to a manager or owner. I talked to somepeople here in Italy and i found out they are doing to many others so I am organizing a website and a class action against these thieves by putting names and surnames. I paid an initial topup of over 1100$ to this agency to supply ad accounts. What was delivered was entirely unusable the accounts were either fake, already flagged, or simply non-functional from the moment of delivery.

After raising the issue, communication stopped completely. No refund, no replacement, no explanation. Multiple follow-up attempts went unanswered.

This is not a case of poor service it is a deliberate pattern: collect the topup, deliver worthless inventory, and disappear. I am currently preparing a formal legal complaint and have flagged this supplier to event organizers and industry networks who vet affiliate marketing service providers.

If you are in the iGaming or performance marketing space and are considering this supplier, do not transfer any funds upfront. The topup model appears to be the mechanism through which clients are defrauded. Save yourself the loss.

We paid for a service that was not delivered as expected, and despite months of communication, we still have not received a refund after approximately 5 months. The refund process has been extremely difficult, unclear, and frustrating and without any real refund transfer.

What concerns us even more is that they requested uncensored personal documents such as ID/passport copies (even we shared IDs with little censorship because of security reasons), while the refund was still not processed. This made us very uncomfortable, especially because we have seen other former customers describing similar experiences and concerns in their reviews.

In my opinion, the whole situation raises serious red flags. I would strongly recommend being very careful before sending money or sensitive personal documents to this company.

PS.: After publishing our experience, their legal department contacted us and demanded that we remove the review, instead of simply resolving the situation and returning the money. In my opinion, if the refund had been processed properly, this situation could have been closed peacefully for everyone.

Thieves, be very VERY careful, we send them money months ago, they stopped having accounts that we wanted so we wanted refund, and its now over 4 months (they said it takes max 60 days) and they still didnt refund us and they keep coming in with excuses that makes no sense. They didnt refund us not a single dollar and they never delivered us good accounts, be very careful, it's possible that this is scam operation pretending to be agency

Be careful, i asked for a refund of my top up almost 2 months ago, i was never able to spend a single dollar and it's 50 days since i asked the refund and i didn't received my top up back. Be very careful with this company
