Awesome customer service and great products. Needed my purchase to arrive before I was set to travel they did their best to put a rush on it and I received my bags a day before I was set to leave. Very happy with the quality of my bags as well. I’ll definitely be purchasing again.

Quality product but long waits on some items
At this time, I have ordered three items from Acaxro. I have received one of the items and find the quality and workmanship as expected. Customer support responds very quickly as I have asked about the other two items that have not arrived yet. The reason for the four stars is related to the time between ordering and receiving merchandise.
