1. you need to wait for a verification code for your creditcard on your statement. Last time I had it was years ago
2. Then after you verified i transfered my domain and copy pate the verification code and after an hour I go a message that the code is wrong.

This company takes your payment without delivering what you purchased. They make you wait for a very long time, and when you finally ask for a refund, they simply stop replying. I’m currently disputing the charge with my bank due to their lack of response and failure to provide the service I paid for.

Attempted to register multiple domains. Completed all required verifications: phone via OTP, email confirmation, and credit card verification by entering a code from the bank statement.
Despite that, the system still blocked progress based on IP geolocation—a weak and easily manipulated signal compared to verified payment and contact info. The UI added to the confusion: it showed all details as verified but displayed a “50% verified” status with no explanation or next step.
Support didn’t resolve anything and acted more like a go-between than someone who could take action. After days of back and forth, we went with another registrar. There’s also no option to remove payment data or close the account from the dashboard.
Not suitable for anyone who needs to operate at normal speed or expects basic product reliability.

Sorry to hear that you experienced issues with our verification process. Unfortunately as a Registrar we are constantly fighting fraudulent domain name registrations, where once a domain is registered we do not get a refund from the Registry operator. The verification process is indeed harder than normal, but our Registrar is built for domain investors that that have multiple domains and require a higher level of security and standards to protect their digital assets.
We are looking on how to make the process more clear and less confusing and appreciate your feedback.
