Terrible experience
The absolute worst experience of any ID collection service that I've ever used. Our Real Estate Agent is using it as an AML id verification service. It's just been one problem after another - I am about to cancel with my Real Estate agent as I cannot risk using this company for the AML verification of potential buyers.
