Too expensive for the meagre offering. You're better off with Apple TV at the same price.

Just getting worse. And the cross marketing to other platforms is insulting. Kerching!

Charged for an ad free service and then ads are introduced and you need to cough up more $ for a mediocre service.

At least allow existing users the choice to opt out of prime video and just keep the free delivery.

I guess they wont as everyone would dump the video service it in a flash.

Avoid at all costs.

Pay for prime and get 4 mins of ads before starting a film, then ads every half hour. Why bother paying

Rental and purchase prices are alot higher than any other streaming and my accounts been blocked twice because apparently me buying/renting movies or shows is unusual behavior for someone with a history of buying/renting videos and shows.

We have been watching half of a series then it disappears... Then you find the series through google which tells me how to find my history of videos. We find that to see the end of the series we must pay. Shame on Amazon Prime... I'm really disgusted it isn't made clear up front. Why do they have to be tricky with members. Don't trust them.

Tried to rent a movie with my card, which has been verified and has been on my account for a year now and i have made many purchases before.

Declined, declined, declined.

Over and over again, I thought maybe I'd managed to select an old gift card without realising, nope.

Then I had to jump through all sorts of hoops with customer service trying every single thing, they made me delete and re add my card so many times the website blocked me from doing it again.

I rang my bank to see if there was anything going on on their end and apparently amazon had never even attempted to complete the purchase.

Bought milk from the shop not five minutes later so obviously my card was working.

Genuinely dont know what the problem was even now, I've never had so much trouble using something in my life.

USELESS SUBSCRIPTION, What is the used of subscription every month for this Amazon prime when you want to watch but everything they ask for additional charges seems scamming consumers it's useless if you collecting monthly and you cannot watch especially old movies USELESS wake up consumers should complaint for this kind of scheme

Honestly by far the worst streaming service I have ever had. For comparison, I’ve had Netflix, crunchyroll, hbo max, Disney, Foxtel, Stan, paramount plus.
PRIME VIDEO IS BY FAR THE WORST, MOST OUT DATED, GLITCHY PIECE OF SHIT STREAMING SERVICE THERE HAS EVER BEEN.

Just like many of the other reviewers, I think that there are too many commercials for a service that I already pay for monthly. Some of the shows I like are commercials for 25% of the runtime of the show. I've moved away from Amazon to other platforms because of this. Not worth it.

Switched my series from included in prime to pay extea right in the middle of the series. Crooks.

I am contacting customer support to express my strong frustration regarding the recent implementation of non-skippable ads on Prime Video in Argentina.

I have been a loyal, paying subscriber for years, and being forced to watch commercial interruptions without any choice is unacceptable. Only a handful of countries currently have access to the "Ad-Free" upgrade tier, while users in Argentina are left completely without the option to pay to remove them.

What is the reason behind excluding Argentina from being eligible for the Ad-Free option? Until Amazon enables this feature in our region, ads should be removed for all subscribers who are not allowed to upgrade. You cannot force paying customers to watch advertisements while denying them the exact same option to remove them that you offer elsewhere.

Are there any plans to change this policy or enable the Ad-Free tier in Argentina soon? I urge Amazon to address this inequality immediately.

Subscription base streaming platform is now unwatchable as swamped by shit adverts.
When these tossers get that adverts don't work & all they do is piss us off & deter us from buying the products which get rammed down our throats

The Advertising is ridiculous! Wow every episode interrupted about 12 times with 30 secs of Meila ovens whatever it is. I dont want an Oven amazon! I want to enjoy my program! I feel brainwashed such a bad app and all the money they want for extras...which you should get anyway! Amozon is another fat cat company whos got greedy. Very disappointing.

Anything you want to watch is pay per view and I don't rate netflix or disney plus highly. I will not pay after paying for the service I would rather wait 10 days for a temu item and not use a well sub standard tv service. I may also add trust pilot limits the date of your review, you need to use it for while to see the flaws

Primevideo it has to many commercial there is some great moves also there is a lot of movies you have to pay for I get tired of it and start streaming other platforms

Really need zero option! They took $10 out of l my bank on Saturday 22 August but won't allow me to get in grrr!!!! It's now Tuesday and there's NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. Return money or give me bloody access Amazon.....

I’m a prime member and haven’t used prime video a single time. Every time I search a movie I wanna watch it’s not free and im not paying extra. I use other platforms to watch movies. Prime video is useless to me

Lack of content and the fact that while watching movies it suddenly kicks me out randomly to have to log back in with a pin number that I deactivated.

I hate that most of the shows or movies I watch now have commercials it’s a rip off it’s not what I signed up for we know how profitable Amazon is and now they just take more
