If I could give this no stars I would. This company basically took $80 of my money and just decided to do who knows what with it. I place an order for the Blackest Black, I wanted to use it to finish off some work for a show. This was ordered October 25 2025, it is now July 22nd 2026. I've gotten nothing but boilerplate auto responses with auto generated apologies. Unless you like throwing money into a European void I suggest you stay away

My order was shipped four months late. The mirror paint isn’t mirror and the watercolor paint is super basic and I’m pretty sure I’ve seen them on another site. There is no customer service at all just automated replies. Working with this company is really a dice game.

Amazing range of unique high quality artist materials- i love how versatile the powders are! They can be used to make watercolour, oil or acrylic paint depending on what you mix them with, and a little goes a long way.
I've recently purchased the heavy metal set and am very excited to get creative with them.

This is a scam.

Ordered in in July of 2025, still no delivery. I contacted them multiple times and nothing productive has come to pass. Just being placated or ignored for month.

I ordered months ago and it's still stuck in "order processing." I've reached out twice, waited weeks for a reply, and they still haven't said anything back. I've given up on hoping I'll receive the paint and am pursuing a refund instead.

Ordered just a bottle of white paint to finish a painting and nothing. Finally wrote them an email to ask the status and receive auto reply after auto reply telling me that they are "migrating to a new system" I just need white paint. Don't waste your time!

Scammy - Ordered product 1 year ago and never received. Customer support is either AI or offshored and has no contact with the actual company - I have emailed many times and never received a straight answer about the status of my order. Absolutely do not do business with them

Easy to navigate website with such unique products! I can't WAIT to use the glow in the dark paint.

Ordered about a year ago, asked for a refund after about a month of nothing happening, got repeated assurances that some "human" was on it personally investigating the order, and have gotten neither the order nor the refund at any point in this process. Got my last "we're working on it!" email yesterday. Do better.

The ordering experience is easy and the materials are of excellent quality.

Took over a year to receive one order. One order was defective and they tried to gaslight me about it. The quality isn't even good after all this

No response from customer service. Product never arrived even with the expedited shipping fees.

I placed my order September 2025 and still (July 2026) haven´t received my order. I asked them about my order 5 times and they are still replying that they are "confirming the status of your shipment or the details for your refund". The first time I ordered there I received my package after 4 months but a bottle of white paint was missing. Honestly I feel scammed, even the products I received were very good I won´t order there again and lost over 100 bucks now.

Took almost a year to deliver a product that was promised to be ready in weeks. No response to complaints. No apology. No gesture to make up for poor service. No class. Will NEVER deal with them again.

I ordered from them in September 2025 and as of July 5th not received my order. I spent $172.93 and have zero paint. As I waited too long I could not do a chargeback on my credit card. They ignored my email with a request to refund my order and asked me to wait. I checked today to see the status and they had canceled my order and never issued me a refund. They are a scam company that is out to steal your money.

Well, I was very excited about the paint and I placed an order in March 3 or the sixth, and I didn’t receive the painting until July 4. I was quite excited when I got the paint because I had just gotten out of the hospital from having a heart attack and that lifted my spirit. But the whole Customer Service bad, not getting back to you .I sent I believe it was over 28 times I had to reach out to cultural hustle paint. I decided to wait because after looking at the videos of the paint and myself painting umbrellas. I thought this would just add to my craft. It’s really really really bad Customer Service it’s the worst. But and a big butt I got my paint and let’s see what happens.
