This is the first time that I have outsourced 3d printing and I must say I got lucky and hit the jackpot with Craftcloud. Price, leadtime were reasonable. Quality of my items was spot on and solid... The customer experience was top notch, I was updated through the whole process... I will definitely be coming back if i need to print something again.

First time user, very impressive
First time user, and the process was smooth and as expected. Small delay in delivery due to Chinese holiday, but after that, my stainless steel 3d printed exhaust piece arrived in a timely manner. I'll be using craft cloud again. They also had the best prices.

I want to like Craft Cloud
I want to like Craft Cloud. It's a great idea, setup and the service is super easy to use with responsive support. Where it fails is the reliability and quality of businesses it hands work off to. Several vendors had issues with my model (I suspect due to varying levels of effort on their part), and while I received refunds for unsuccessful prints I ultimately got nothing printed after two weeks of attempts, whereas a competing service printed my models AND had them in my hands in THREE DAYS.

Looking back, your order should have gone to a manufacturer using a printing technology better suited to that level of detail, and we should have caught that from the start rather than letting a second attempt run its course. Do not care about quality
The pieces that I ordered weren’t printed complete and no one asks if my order arrived correctly. Will not use this service again. Sent the same file to an acquaintance after this fiasco and the piece came out as designed.

Ordered for a Cosplay Piece
I’d ordered a 3D print collection for a cosplay and it was exactly what I was hoping it’d be! The quality of the print is very good, the plastic is nice and sturdy.
I was actually surprised at how quick the package had arrived.

For future threaded parts, a little extra clearance in the model or threaded inserts can help them fit straight out of the box.

The company has an excellent website where choosing a vendor is fast and easy. They offer specific delivery dates and they meet them precisely even though they deal with third party vendors. When a problem occurs, they step up and assist directly. I will continue to do business with them.

My order was fine. Processed in time, delivered and well packaged. However, I did not select the opt in for advertising emails and the newsletter, and still got them. My Email was forwarded to trustpilot, which now also sends me unwanted emails. This is not acceptable.
