Jason who was my installer was excellent. He was very neat and knowledgeable. He explained the process step by step and answered all my questions. Jason was a 10 in my book !

Do not trust this company. I sold my house in October of 2025. I called CPI prior to the sale and canceled my service. All was good until April of 26 when they started billing me again. I called and told them I no longer owned the house or the equipment. They continued to bill for 2 more months. I called repeatedly and was told the charge would be removed. To date the it has not been removed and they keep sending harassing emails. This is not a reputable company.

CPI has been very dependable for us. Equipment has been working just fine and I very seldom have to call customer service. Can’t remember the last time I had to call. I use CPI because it’s better to be safe than sorry. Highly recommended!!!

Horrible service. Trying to cancel for over a year now. System had issues for a few months and after multiple missed appointments I decided to cancel. Over a year later im still getting charged and getting the runaround from customer service. Im signing a third contract be cause they dont have the first one and the second had the wrong contract number on it, even though customer service sent it to me and I signed it while I was on the phone. Beyond frustrating. Managers are always in a meeting when I call and im promised a call back that never happens.

From David the salesman to Seth the installer nothing shy of ten stars!!! Didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t want. Sold me exactly what I asked for and suggested other equipment that I didn’t know existed. 100%. Can’t say enough how happy I am with the system and the customer service!!!

Connor was very anxious to help me with the pairing of my new Z Wave switch. He made the process very simple, and this was a great adventure.

I had contracted with this company. They told me they were showing up at a certain time and they didn't show up when they said they would and I had someone waiting for them to arrive. It was a complete inconvenience for me and the person I had waiting for them who BTW I had to pay to be there for me and I had to pay them even though CPI never showed up! I cancelled my contract with them. I would not use CPI if I were you!

Camera is constantly going down and I don't want to keep paying another 60$ to have them fix it when we already pay 60$ each month for the service.

Still no update or even contact after they said they would look into it.

Our technician, Marques Franklin, was awesome! He was friendly, listened to our concerns and made sure everything was working in order before he left.

Seth was punctual ready to get the job done. He appeared very knowledgeable and efficient even going up in the attic in the 100 degree weather did not deter his performance. He readily answered my many questions and with explanations while continually working. He worked independently as if he had mastered his job. By himself, he dismantled part of my old system installed a new security system (which usually require two workers.) He even sold me additional equipment. Hat's off to him.

Jed was a true professional. Very patient and kind. He took the time to explain things and suggested better options for us. As a manager myself, you are only as good as your team and he a great asset for CPI.

Natalie Gentile was extremely helpful in assisting me with getting cameras online and eliminating sensor alerts throughout my church. She was so friendly and supportive.

Customer service is fantastic. The two techs who come to the house are amazing. Bill and Benny are courteous and knowledgeable. Customer service agent Camila Taveras knows how to trouble shoot over the phone and is very friendly. One last comment. Izaria needs for training and needs more customer service skills.
