Okay shop, could easily improve
Ordered 7 AirCons. The given shipping time was 2-3 weeks. Almost all aircon came after 3 weeks. The last aircon did came a week later. Unfortunalety, none of the tracking links did work. Also, there was no other information given.
I contacted the shop on two different mailaddresses with my issue and concern, but did not get a single response.
My order is now completly delivered, i haven't tested yet if the aircons are working.
So good shop nut no support is the conclusion for me i think.

I thing I got scammed
I paid for the order almost a month ago and still have neither the goods nor reliable proof that they have actually been shipped. They provided a tracking number that is not valid. I don't recommend buying from them. When I get back next week from holiday I am going straight to the police to adress a complaint for fraud.

I ordered an airco on 12/7
I ordered an airco on 12/7, 21/7 status update of shipping order but no tracking. After sending reminders I get on 3/8 confirmation of shipping and tracking info. Made a appointment for 5/6 but I saw nobody… no airco no information … nothing. I send several mails to transporter and climaservice but still no anwer. We are 10/8 and I still dont know when to aspect my order. I understand that something can go wrong but at least give the people information. I am still not sure of this shop is legit or not…
18/8 I got today a reply for solution. I”ll get back with info, and if all ok I will give this shop a new rating.
24/8 I got a full refund. Seems that this shop is legit! To bad that I did not receive my order, because I really want it. The prices of this shop are excellent. Seems that I got really bad luck here… I would give the shop a new rating of 3/5, this because the communication and shipment are slow. But this is maybe because it was holiday in Italy and extreme high demand of airco’s?

I received my air conditioner within two weeks. It was well packaged and arrived without any issues.

I haven't received my delivery
I haven't received my delivery. The courier company responsible for delivering my shipment marked the package as "delivered" but did not actually deliver it to me. Unfortunately, climaconvenienza is not helping me with this issue and is referring me to the local authorities instead. I am not happy with this service.

If you are ok with this company not…
If you are ok with this company not answering your questions on emails then it’s probably fine. Good pricing but the customer service is the worst.
After several mails I asked them, in Italian to delete the order. They replied fast that the order was deleted. Nice I think to my self. Not really as the amount was already taken from my credit card.
2 weeks ago I was to get my refund in 2/3 days. Still haven’t seen my money.
Nobody answers emails. Can’t believe they are this highly rated
