Starting a hospitality business without a hospitality background can be incredibly overwhelming.

When we began the journey of creating Red Bridge Cafe & Restaurant in Windsor, we had a vision, passion and determination, but we quickly realised there were hundreds of decisions, systems and operational requirements that we simply didn't know.

Working with Tim Noye and Clever Cafe changed everything.

From the earliest planning stages through to opening day, Tim provided genuine end-to-end support. He helped us build the foundations of the business across menu engineering, kitchen operations, front-of-house systems, staffing structures, labour management, compliance requirements, supplier setup, workflows, marketing strategy, customer experience and brand positioning.

What impressed us most was Tim's ability to simplify complex hospitality operations into practical systems and processes that our team could actually follow. He didn't just give advice. He worked alongside us to build a business that was ready to operate successfully from day one.
