They took my money and banned me
I purchased gems using my personal card through this website. After wagering the required amount, I attempted to withdraw my funds in cryptocurrency to my own Solana wallet. The withdrawal was flagged without explanation. When I contacted support to ask why, they were unable to provide any reason.
Shortly afterward, my account was permanently banned for alleged “fraud,” and my access to live chat support was disabled. Since then, I have been instructed via email to contact support through live chat, despite being unable to access it. My emails have gone unanswered for hours, and I have received no meaningful assistance.
At no point was I provided with evidence or a clear explanation for these actions. As a result, approximately $200 of my funds have been withheld without justification.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to never use this scam website.

Sick to see lot of gamemodes. Case battles with bots are not worth, bots will win you 98% of the time you call them. We had 3 people and each deposit 150€ and played against bots total of 6 battles per user and only once we won a battle but still lost money.

Site is a scam and baits high rollers to spend as much as possible
Played the site for over 2 years recently the system has changed and been ass. Clash Removed my free battles and free rain (mind you I haven't cashed in over 3 months and have been depoing) claiming that I still have access to "free daily cases" that pay a max of 0.06 a day.
When this becomes a problem for Clash.gg:
It becomes legally risky if daily cases are the only free option and :Daily cases give very small value
You can’t realistically build enough balance to:
enter meaningful battles, cash out, compete with paying users
Paid users receive exclusive access to better odds, modes, or REWARDS
The free option feels token or symbolic, not genuine
In that situation, regulators may argue:
“Payment is effectively required to participate meaningfully.”
