Huge difference web pictures & real products. Unhappy & unpleasant!!! Quality should be more premium!

I buy Cluse watches already for 10 years. Have 2 different models which I still use with pleasure. I find them very elegant. The Belisenna Watch Leather is just lovely. Fastest shipment ever.

Quality and efficient delivery: I am highly satisfied with my purchase of a Cluse Quadrus multifunction black leather watch. The build quality matches the advertised product. My package was delivered swiftly as well. I will recommend to anyone considering buying a high quality watch at a decent price.

If I could give 0 stars then I would! Ordered a watch as a gift allowing plenty of time for it to arrive as per the cluse delivery guidelines. After a few days of not moving on the tracking, it became very apparent that the watch had got lost. I emailed and they told me I had to wait until there had been no tracking update for 14 days before they'd do anything. By this time the birthday the watch was purchased for had passed. When they finally accepted the watch was lost, I asked for it to be sent again by express delivery and instead of doing that, they refunded my order. I appreciate the package getting lost was out of their control, but the way they dealt with it was awful!
