I recently purchased two Christopher Ward watches and I’m extremely happy with them. The collection is diverse, large, and truly impressive; it took me quite some time to finalize my selection because there are so many excellent options.

The watches themselves are outstanding and I highly recommend Christopher Ward to anyone looking for quality timepieces.

One small area for improvement: navigating from a specific watch page to the related strap options is not very user-friendly. Currently, you need to copy and paste the strap name into the search field to find the correct strap page, as there’s no direct link. It would also be great to see bundle offers for multiple straps with a specific dial, since the same dial often looks fantastic with different strap styles.

Despite this minor UX point, the overall experience and product quality are excellent. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely buy from Christopher Ward again.

The build quality in this watch far exceeds the price point!! The design process was simpl and smooth with outstanding input from the designers at CW.

This will not be my only CW!!! Can't recommend them enough!

Out of all the watches I have I get the most comments and questions with my Bel Canto Classic. Definitely recommend this brand for your first watch.

Been looking at these watches for awhile and I think theyre very very reasonably priced. Watch arrived 6 days after ordering it to Canada. Very quick, very promp. Love the watch. Definitely recommending to friends.

The product got built quality, precision or aesthetic full marks. Time & power reserve also acceptable. Though I will still continue to monitor the power reserve claim. I am only not satisfied with the GMT hand which is not aligned with exact time diff set @ 2.30hrs. I would seek an explanation if this is a manufacturing lag.. I can provide the picture to support my point, though no option to attach photo on this review board.

Stylish and distinctive looking watch, good quality.

$400 deduction for a watch worn for 1 day. 60/60 is bullocks. You have 60 days to return, but you will NEVER get a full refund.

Watch is of very good quality at a reasonable price, condition „nearly new“ was exactly true. So it is very advisable to have a close look at the „Clearance“ sector of the CW-Homepage.

Watch is all I expected. Does all a watch should do.

The good:
Excellent watch. Great quality and lovely watch.

Excellent customer service.

Not so good:

Never provided any tracking information in spite of stating they would. Watch just showed up via UPS.

Did not ship the book I ordered with the watch. Customer services thought they had. They have stated it has been shipped although I have yet to receive it. It’s been well over a month.

I will definitely buy another Christopher Ward watch.

Christopher Ward is one of the watch brands I have the absolute greatest of respect for. There is good customer service and then there is superb customer service and CW definitely qualifies as the latter. And that is on top of exceptional products. I now have three CW watches and do intend to get more. These watches never let me down and are attractive to look at. I can also say that having briefly met Mike France you can genuinely see where the company ethos comes from!

Lovely watches but some customer care issues which I know others have experienced too. I bought a strap in the 50% sale to go with one of the 3 CW watches I’d bought. I chased it up after 2 weeks to be told that there was an error and that the sale strap had gone, and I could have a refund or 20% off the full price item. Not at all clear why they didn’t feel it appropriate to honour the sale and let me have one of the ones in stock for the sale price.

The watch is outstanding service from order to delivery was great looking at the new Biscay gmt as my next purchase.

So happy with my new watch. Exactly what I hoped for

This was my second watch that I purchased from Christopher Ward. My first experience was 100% amazing no complaints whatsoever. The second watch I purchased is a beautiful watch, but there was an issue with the clasp. It is in for repair or rather should be just a total replacement. I had to ship the entire bracelet back so I haven’t really got to enjoy my watch as much as I wanted to as soon as I bought it. this issue will not prevent me from purchasing another Christopher Ward in the future.

CW made the service request simple and quick. My watch was shipped across the Atlantic and back in short order. It is fully restored, beating perfect time and seems cleaner than when I shipped it to them.

Original watch received was wrong though customer service did an excellent job of resolving the issue. Great watch! perfect condition and I'm very happy
