The service I have received from Sophie McGowan throughout my clinical negligence claim has really been superb. She is very professional but most open and approachable and keeps me fully informed at every stage. Sophie explains very complicated matters clearly so I understand exactly 'where we are at' and the likely way ahead. She has worked hard to keep my case moving forward when it seems delay is the name of the game.

I have particularly appreciated the way she has made practical arrangements to accommodate my circumstances, such as arranging home visits by medical experts when travelling is extremely difficult for me.
