The test was super easy but results take forever
The test was super easy with good instructions and a everything you neeed was in the package. However, two big negativs:
1) it states only in the test (or maybe in small print earlier - did not see that) that you need to have the allergy at the moment of the test otherwise they can not check for it. So please be aware of that!!!
2) it takes them extremely long to get you the results. I am already waiting for a month and just got feedback now that apparently they have some supply chain issues and that they can not tell me at what point I will get the results. This is extremly unprofessional especially when trusting a company with such important „data“.

I bought a test for €132
19th of april; I bought a test for €132, but the results are still “in the lab for analysis.” The website says it should take 8 working days, yet it’s already been 15 workingdays. I’m starting to worry that the results may never arrive. I’ve filled out the contact form and sent an email 5 days ago, but I haven’t received any response. At this point, it feels like it might have been a scam. 23th of april; They finally send me email that there were shortage of materials.. a day later I got the results. I am happy with finally getting the results and how the testresults look with al the information. But overall, the contact is slow and I feel like that service needs to improve.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Website doesn't work, customer support form doesn't load, nothing works. I bought and paid for a test but complete waste of money as it's unusable. Avoid Cerascreen!

A lot of spam from the beginning!! I wanted a test not a whole advertising campaign.
The required app, even though deselected, pushed a lot of advertising.
Then the not subscribed bemails, which have to be actively subscribed by German laws, started.
I bought a test, I received a test result, and I was spammed since.

Quick results? What a joke.
On the Web Page they advertise about quick results. Instead I waited for 15 days after sending the sample sample (which usually takes one day in Germany). Quick results? What a joke.
