We called the service...wrote E mails with photos and all ..we was on the info in Carrefour Diani ....no nothing....so often !!

I saw the personnel of the Carrefour in the Apachlaan 15 beating up a client with 4 to 5 people. The kicked him, with their feet and fists, they tasered him twice a d they hit him on the head with a green plastic cate. I don't know why but if there is a problem with a client they should call the police. Actually I did call the police and they checked the store. I'm sure there is a bit problem with personel and management to have a situation like that.
Benedetto Carrefour refused to issue a return for a power adapter, still I its original wrapping. It was the wrong kind. They were incredibly rude1/1/25. Shameful service
The staff at Brussels Central is rude. Their scanner is not good and does not scan the bar code properly and the employee just raises their voice instead of being polite. If he is tired of the customers he should not work there.

I have autism and just went in for 2 items. I went to the tills and it was 3.10 euro's. I gave 22.10 euto's. She gave me 17 euro's back. It still foesn't make sense.....?!

She laughed and said that the computer is ALWAYS right, I have other costemers to surve so if you don't mind.....! Can't you even count?
I was so hurt and cried once I left the store. I called the msnager and dhe said YES the computers can make mistakes and yes she will have a word with her.

Carrefour's webshop is not working. If you want to place an order, the shopping basket is emptied, and you get a ntification "Operation Failed". Customer service will play for you music and recordings. Don't waste your time with them. Order No. 1648042.
