Belgische Hengelsportzaak met als specialisatie het karpervissen, we hebben ondertussen ook een leuk pakket Roofvis en Witvis producten. We handelen vanuit het oogpunt zoals we het zelf ook graag zouden hebben, correct, eerlijk en vanuit ons vissersgevoel. Als er problemen zijn dan lossen we het altijd netjes op. We pogen ons brede gamma op peil te houden en verkopen enkel producten vanuit onze "eigen" voorraad, maar aarzel niet ons te contacteren om een prijs te ontvangen van een product dat we niet meteen op voorraad hebben. Wij geven onze beste prijs en vragen de leveringstermijn na... Volg ons gerust op Instagram of Facebook voor de laatste nieuwtjes, acties en leveringen te checken. Veel succes aan de waterkant. When you asked where your package was at the end of last week, we immediately contacted GLS for an update. Unfortunately, we have only just received an answer to this. GLS indicated that you had opted for delivery in a Locker, you have now received the code for it by email, so you can pick up the package there. It is indeed true that we accidentally took the specified billing address as the delivery address, this is of course an error on our part for which we sincerely apologize. Mistakes can happen and we will of course solve them as best we can. Our customers are never victims, the only disadvantage is that due to this problem the package will arrive a little later or can be picked up at the collection point of your choice. We understand that this is annoying, but it can never be ruled out that something goes wrong.
Your package can therefore simply be picked up at the location of your choice.
Hoping to have informed you sufficiently, I wish you a nice day and once again our apologies for ruining your day or burdening you with this. Fortunately, everything works out just fine.
