Excellent service instore helping us to choose the right mobility scooter for my husband. Staff really listened to what he needed and for the reasons what it was needed for they showed us our different options and allowed him to test the scooter out inside and outside of the store so he was able to get a proper feel for it. Really making him feel at ease. They even tested the scooter was suitable for our vehicle and that it actually fitted inside when it was taken apart. Once ordered the scooter arrived within a few days being delivered to a room of our choice. Once assembled and charged he was soon more willing and wanting to get out giving him some independence back. We have looked at getting him a cape to go over himself and the scooter this time looking online and asking the online assistant who helped ensure we got the correct size. More than happy to recommend care co to friends and family. Thank you careco.

Robert attended to us and took on board immediately that I was upgrading my scooter so didn’t waste our time on explaining every detail. We were impressed by the stock in the shop and the opportunity to try so many models. Also amazed at how much the weight of the components has reduced over the years and the most difficult part was deciding on the colour. A very good experience.

I spoke to Dan about a chair for my 92-year-old mum. He gave me as much info as he could over the phone. When I had measured for the chair, I called back, and Dan took my order. He was really friendly and showed a lot of kindness. The chair’s being delivered Thursday! Overall, super good service.
