Spoke with Chloe E as I could not login to complete ID checks. Chloe reset my account whilst I was on the phone, I was immediately able to login and she then followed up by email to confirm that I had been able to get into my account.

I have had a couple of queries recently about DBS's that have been submitted & the efficiency of the service provided was 5*. I dealt with Leah Price and she was extremely helpful and super quick in responding.
