The delivery was originally scheduled to be picked up on Tuesday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. However, after business hours on Tuesday evening, I received an email stating that the pickup would take place the following day. I received the exact same email on both Wednesday and Thursday. The pickup was finally completed on Friday.

Due to these repeated delays, I had unpleasant conversations with my customer. This was my first experience with Cargoboard, and I do not plan on working with you again.

Unresponsive and unreachable by phone
This has been the worst experience we have had with an agent. I have been chasing crossing details for the past week but still not received anything. Now I've finally been given the contact details of their UK "partner" who tells me there will be import entry fee and storage charges! Never again!

we have over 50 orders in cargoboard per month,but always have delay pickup and delivery and lost orders ,some orders can deliver over a month, not good experience,if you improve ASAP,we will continue cooperation

We still haven't received our shipment that was due the 4th of May. Nobody informs us, and to talk to someone one should have the patience to listen to an AI chat.
This is incredible. Total lack of ownership and of commitment.

You couldn't expect nothing happend. If happend, Cargoboard will give the solution immediately.

My experience with this service was disappointing.

My bike shipment from Frankfurt to Barcelona experienced significant delays, and communication during the process was limited. It was often difficult to get clear updates on the status of the shipment.

Because the bike was valuable, this created a stressful experience. I hope the company improves communication and customer support going forward.

I am forced to write this public review as Cargoboard has stopped responding to my inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone.

The shipment arrived late at the delivery depot as early as April 24th.
Tracking explicitly scheduled on their website for delivery for Monday, May 11th, between 08:00 and 16:00. I waited at my shop all day, but the driver never showed up and no one contacted me.

I have contacted support multiple times. Every time I am told they will "check with the planning department" and "get back to me," but they never do.

As of today, May 13th, I am being ignored. My shipment is late, and I have no information on when it will arrive.

It is highly unprofessional to leave a business customer completely in the dark after missing a confirmed delivery window.

I expect an immediate update and a guaranteed delivery date.A void this service if you require reliable delivery dates or functioning customer support.

All went well and as planned. Good communication and excellent behaviour from the driver.

My experience with Cargoboard has been extremely negative and stressful. Over a period of months, they repeatedly tried to impose additional transport charges for alleged differences in size/weight, without providing proper technical proof. In one case, they tried to charge an extra invoice of EUR 102.70 based on supposed measurements that were never properly demonstrated. They relied on vague statements and a photo, but never provided a real measurement report, a reliable method, or proper evidence of how they calculated the amount.

After I disputed the charge, Cargoboard eventually admitted the issue by cancelling that invoice themselves and issuing a cancellation/credit document. That should have been the end of the matter. But unbelievably, even after cancelling the invoice, the case was still passed to a debt collection company, which then started sending payment demands, threats of legal action, extra fees and collection costs.

There was also another separate payment issue caused by their own administrative/technical error, which I am handling directly with Cargoboard. Even so, external collection pressure continued, as if everything was an uncontested debt.

This is not professional billing practice. It shows very poor internal coordination, unjustified extra charges, and unnecessary pressure on customers. In my case, I felt harassed by repeated demands for sums that were disputed, unproven, and in one case already cancelled by Cargoboard itself.

Be very careful before using this service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Cargoboard to anyone.

In my experience, Cargoboard repeatedly tried to charge unjustified extra fees for alleged weight/size differences without providing proper technical proof. In one case, they issued an additional invoice based on alleged measurements, failed to properly substantiate it, and later cancelled that invoice themselves. Despite this, the matter was still passed to a debt collection company.

There was also a separate administrative payment error on their side, which is being handled directly with them, yet external collection pressure continued.

Very poor billing practices, poor internal coordination, and unnecessary stress for customers. I strongly advise others to be very careful before booking with this company.

This company provided a quote for a shipment from Spain to Portugal. The invoice was sent to us and promptly paid. In addition to the base transport rate, which was certainly not cheap, I specifically hired the loading and unloading service by the driver, paying an extra €80 for each operation (a total of €160 extra).

When the collection day arrived, the company completely failed, and the truck never showed up. For over a week, I called daily demanding an explanation, but no solution was provided. They just made excuses, claiming a lack of availability of trucks with tail lifts or pallet jacks.

Even though the booking and payment were made well in advance, the company showed utter incompetence in their logistics management. From what I gathered, they do not even have their own fleet and simply subcontract third parties, without guaranteeing the service to the end customer.

It was a terrible service that left me extremely disappointed. I highly advise against using them.

Price is always good and they are never late in pick up and delivery

Pallet pickup and delivery were completed as scheduled, and the goods arrived in good condition. However, the tracking system continues to be unreliable and rarely updates accurately. While tracking is advertised as part of the service, in practice it does not function as expected.

This has been a recurring issue in roughly 80% of my shipments over the past year and a half using Cargoboard. Although customer service is consistently polite and has noticeably improved compared to a year ago, there is a persistent lack of follow-up. Requests for updates or clarification on shipments often go unanswered or are not fulfilled as promised.

My main feedback to Cargoboard is to ensure that advertised features, such as tracking, are delivered consistently. If this is not possible, it would be better not to present it as a key part of the service offering.
