Unit trips a 15 amp circuit at 50%.

The supplied cord is ~16 gauge so increasing the circuit from 15 to 30 is a fire hazard.

I purchased the Canta Esthetic EMS Neo Machine with RF Plus Upgraded. I am a retired physician and previously owned a very similar device in my MedSpa before retiring. I purchased this primarily to treat my muscle loss associated with spinal stenosis. While this will not cure the underlying condition, I have seen dramatic improvements in just a few short weeks with increases in upper and lower extremity musculature and stabilization of the para-spinal muscles. The spasticity and clonus in my lower extremities has resolved I have combined this with Nitric Oxide, CoQ10, Vit D, liposomal NPN Synergy (NAD+ precurser), and Apex Labs Muscle Defense. This combination optimizes the results of the EMS/RF treatments from this device. I have treated the following areas: Biceps, Triceps, Forearms, Shoulders, Upper Back, Lower Back, Glutes, Kegels, Quads, Hamstrings, and Calves. Gemini AI has been very helpful confirming and fine tuning my protocols.

Terrible. Run. Do not use this company. After a month delay due to miscommunication on their part..... heavy machine delivered by one man who could not manage it and left on the sidewalk. We were supposed to have inside delivery

Once we managed to get it in rhe house and set up.... DOES NOT WORK. Faulty screen ( probably not the only thing). They are sending a new screen that I am responsible for paying someone to install

I have repeatedly asked for a refund via email but this is never addressed. I think all their replies are AI generated. No one answers anything

We have only had our machine for a few short weeks and we are still practicing and getting everyone trained. Customer service has been great so far. We are on different time zones so we communicate via email mostly.

The equipment arrived quickly. The training was convenient and thorough. Erika was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I would recommend Canta Esthetics

We are so excited to offer our clients this fabulous service for Hair Loss Restoration. Our training with Erica was AMAZING !! we are well versed and ready to go. The machine purchased was 650nm Laser Hair Growth Therapy Machine LuxHR. The machine does so much more than expected and the quality is great.

This company has been great to work with the communication has been great. I felt like the instructor went over everything well in training. My only small complaint is that when the machine shipped I never received any tracking emails at all it just showed up but other than that it's been a greay experience. I will use for further equipment in the future!

This machine combines Cryolipolysis (fat freezing) and EMS body sculpting functions; the cryo applicator is suitable for fatty areas like the abdomen, thighs, and waist, while the EMS applicator is designed for muscle stimulation and toning.

Original review: There is no confirmation e-mail regarding this order or any ETA regarding shipment. There has been no follow-up with the company despite multiple messages and phone calls. When I call, there is just a google account screening the call that doesn’t accept any calls. This all feels like a scam and I’m sorry I fell for it. I will be contacting my bank and reporting to the Federal Trade Commission. Buyer beware.

In reply to your response: I have submitted my order number through the chat option on your website, via e-mail and via voicemail, all multiple times, all with no answers.

Thank you for your response to this review within twelve hours. I have provided my order number through Trustpilot and I will also leave it here with my question as this has been the only response I have gotten.

#CANTAESTHETIC5095 - Do you know when this order will ship or when it is likely to arrive? I can only see that the order has not been fulfilled, which is the same status it has had since the order was placed. That along with the lack of communication, led me to believe this transaction was fraudulent. I sincerely hope this gets a response and that I actually receive the product.

Update: I got a message stating the company was trying to have this review removed as “defamatory”. Here’s the update; It was very hard to get ahold of this company initially, but I did receive the product and they do give you a face-to-face Zoom session explaining how to use the machine. There is no manual that ships with the machine, but they forward this to you after your Zoom meeting. I have updated my review accordingly. I would hope that they increase their customer service, but this isn’t the fraud I thought it was.

Vey unhappy. The handyman I hired to fix my machine from Canta Esthetic opened it up and showed me how some parts got burnt inside. I saw Made in China on the main board and couldn't believe it. What a SCAM. If I wanted a machine from China, I would have ordered the same machine for much cheaper. They lie to you and say parts are from Germany or whatever, that's just a bunch of BS. Canta Esthetic is based in Hong Kong and China AND machine parts are also from China. Cheaply made and in less than 8 months it's not working.

Why are you so unprofessional? Personally I am very annoyed by your response. I've had your machine for less than a year and it's broken for weeks which caused me to lose a lot of revenue. Like I'm not going to buy a new machine? Of course yes I'm going to buy a new machine! And BTW my new machine is good and the new supplier sent me a Trust Pilot invite. Why shouldn't I also leave a bad review about you now that I have a Trust Pilot account? Your machine parts are made in China, and I feel ripped off. It's that simple. Actually the handy man was able to fix your machine that's the only good part.

I'm allowed to use an alias, why not? I can't risk my spa customers seeing this review. Obviously I won't use the name on my credit card and business to express my feelings here in Trust Pilot when they are negative feelings. This is me expressing my feelings and experience and loss about Canta Esthetic products. Or maybe you are accusing me of buying a new machine from another company? You would rather me go out of business?

I recommend you start trading better machines with better components rather than accusing people, which is very unprofessional! Thank you.
