Disgraceful customer service & ghosting after shipping errors
I placed an order which took the company 2 full days just to print a shipping label, causing a massive delivery delay. Because of their advertised 2-3 business days delivery promise, I took a day off from work to receive it. The day was completely wasted.
When I called customer support to resolve the issue, the staff was incredibly rude and hung up on me 6 to 8 times in a row mid-conversation. After sending a written complaint, I received a fake automatic survey closing my ticket. They promised a manager would contact me with a compensation proposal within 24 hours. It has been over 48 hours and they are completely ghosting me.
Unprofessional, disrespectful, and terrible service. Avoid this shop!
