Unexpectedly reliable.
After reading the reviews I was afraid that I would never get my full order. But the opposite was true. My goods took a bit longer due to some items out of stock. I contacted them and arranged for two deliveries. Items were received well and on time. Very good experience

Disappointed a total disaster
I ordered 2 articles on the Swiss website the 20.08.2024.
The articles marked disponibles and delivered in 6-7 working days.
I received today only 1 articles (the less expensive)
For the last, I learned that he was always in Germany.
If I don’t receive it at the end of week I gonna canceled 😡 my order and asking my money back.

A scam
I ordered a camping mattress (order EC612588). After 3 days, I received an email asking for the house number in our address. I replied in my email that there is no house number at our address and they should just ship it with the provided address which is accurate.
After receiving no news, I have tried many times to call them, they never pick up and it hangs up after 2 mins waiting time. All my emails have been left with no answer.
I it’s been 10 days, I have no news and I am not sure I will ever.
A real scam company, save your money and go elsewhere from my experience.

Ordered a set of VW T5 side sliding windows and back door windows, with ETA of 2-3 working days.
Result, we got confirmation mail for only 3 of 4 items, they sent them separated, where one was broken and after that, they didn't send a new one for at least 10+ days, even they said they will inform us in maximum 2 working days and we didn't receive any confirmation from them up until we contacted them to find out why they need so long.
By the phone call, after multiple times of tries to get to them, we were informed they will need a period of 2-3 days for reclamation, nothing happen up until we again managed to get them on the phone, where they assured us they will need another 2-3 days.
After many hard conversations with them, we managed to find out that one item they will send only in a month.
Customer support is awful!
Not answering your mails, not answering your calls!
Be extremely careful!
