tried for months to get one but when stock arrives i try to checkout but it sells out just as the payment is going through and cannot complete have tried over six times this morning with different robots which says 3 left i stock then when i go though the checkout and authorize the payment its already sold. I have now given up and im going to look at anther brand. you used yo be able to order and wait 2 months but at the time i could not afford one and then it changed.

Five stars because website was easy to use, price of utem competitive and goods delivered on time. Can't say more than that.

Only place I’ve found that can supply special piston seals for this coffee machine. Delivery was reasonably fast considering the distance and probably piles of red tape

I purchased an item that was in high demand, with limited availability, and so placing the order itself was a little more fraught than usual, but this is entirely understandable.

The speed of processing the order was very quick and I was kept informed of what was happening.

The items arrived quickly in perfect condition: they were extremely well packaged and obvious care had been taken with even small items.

Delivery arrived in China less than two weeks after placing the order. Product was shipped after 2-4 business days. Received multiple updates including customs clearance.

Great machine, great service

Simple, clever design. Solid build quality and looks great. Making espresso with the Robot is a pleasure. That said, it took me nearly two months to figure out the right pressing technique, grind size, and coffee blend.
