We have used Coopers for our home appliances for nearly 30 yrs now and as ever, excellent service and competitive prices.
Our kitchen designer saw the invoice and said, I quote - "wow! Those are really good prices you got there!".
The two lads who delivered the goods were excellent and really went above and beyond - we live in an upside down house so everything had to go up stairs and mostbof it was big and very heavy.
No complaints from them, there were really careful with our goods and the walls and were verybpolite and friendly. Nothing less than I have come to expect from Coopers. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and pleasant.Greatly appreciated the unpacking of the goods at the house and disposing of all the packages.Unfortunately one small item was left unpacked and disposed of with the packages.I am now awaiting a replacement.

I’m very sorry you felt you weren’t kept properly updated on the delivery day. I’ve looked into this further and can see the washing machine was delivered within the timeframe quoted at the point of purchase, but I’d still like to understand where communication could have been better.

A slight glitch meant I wasn't notified when my washing machine arrived in store as promised. Apart from that the service was prompt, efficient and friendly, especially on the part of the delivery guys. and the product is working well.
