shade is a bit big but okay

I have been looking for a replacement shade for a ceiling fan/light that I had bought in Italy. Even though my original purchase wasn’t from this company they were very helpful in trying to find a replacement for me. I wish more companies offered this level of help and customer service.

Beautiful lamp and such amazing customer service.
Ordered a Aartin table lamp, had a small issue with the lamp stand and this was sent back and a new one sent back out so quickly.
Customer service has been 10/10.
Will definitely be a returning customer.

I ordered a floor lamp and shade, which look amazing in my living room. I love the unusual design and range of colours.
The incorrect colour stand was send initially, but the company were fantastic at arranging the exchange and I had the correct colour in less than two days. Brilliant service!

Really pleased with the lamp and Delivery - albeit a little slower than I expected. The lamp for is for a house move so I’m yet to try it. I’ll update if there are any issues - but so far so good.

The shade also looks like it does on the website - sometimes some websites use filters and the colours arn't quite the same - this looks correct.

Love our standard lamp. There was an issue with the first one delivered, however this was sorted out stress free by comet lighting and a replacement sent.

Purchased two lampshades on the website. Easy to place an order, good price and delivery was fast. However the products I chose quality is not what I expected. I therefore had to request a return. So I'd say 2 stars for the products. There was misunderstanding about the return items. I thought the return was for my order which has 2 items. But the return request I did on their website was only for 1 item. I could not understand why I only got refund for one item. Customer Service immediately took action to do a manual return for the second item. I gave 5 stars to customer service, really good. Overall it's 3 stars.

Absolutely love my stunning Aartin Celestia table lamp. It’s beautifully made and just love the way the wood is carved. It’s a real showstopper. I’ve had lots of compliments on it too. Highly recommended

Website is easy to shop! I got the Aartin silk lampshades and a floor stand lamp with dark brown wood and gold! Absolutely obsessed with the quality and range they offer.

I’ve always been in love with idea of getting a floor lamp the home and when I came across that comet lighting had a floor lamp that was handmade with amazing quality and detail i was super sold on the Aartin Juno Floor Lamp and when I received it it was very simple to assemble and the lamp shade tilt feature made it very easy to shape into the way I wanted it. Looks gorgeous in the living room and the pop of blue from the lamp shade really fits into the aesthetic of the home. Love it
