While many customers find it mild or neutral, we completely understand that taste is a very personal matter. Please know that we’re continuously working on improving our formulations to suit as many preferences as possible.

Regarding your comment on packaging – sustainability is a top priority for us. We have spent a great deal of time and effort evaluating the most responsible packaging options. After reviewing numerous studies, we deliberately chose our current container because it is 100% recyclable.

Many alternative options – including some lighter packaging forms – are made of composite materials that contain multiple layers of different substances. These cannot be separated easily and are therefore not recyclable in most systems. Our choice ensures that the packaging can truly be reused in a circular system.

We truly value your concern and your input, and it’s thanks to engaged customers like you that we continue to evolve.

Additionally, we responded to your email within 24 hours and included the official delivery confirmation and tracking information from the postal service.
