got the BFF liquid lipstick and two super shock shadows, shades matched the site pics and it all showed up in about a week

ColourPop, I can’t comment on your product quality because I NEVER received my order. But your customer service? Absolutely appalling.

I ordered over $60 worth of products to the UAE. My package never arrived, yet your records say it was delivered somewhere in the UAE, making it difficult to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

For over THREE MONTHS, I’ve contacted you repeatedly and given you countless opportunities to make this right. No refund, no real solution. You’ve kept both my money and the products I never received.

Instead, I get the same copy-paste response ending with a little heart, telling me it will take time to resolve. 🙃

And I’m sure your response to this post will be the usual “please contact us.” I HAVE. Repeatedly. For months.

International customers, think twice before ordering. Based on my experience, ColourPop has shown absolutely no accountability or consideration for its international customers. 💔

First time buyer from this company and bought as a gift, really wish I hadn't bothered and will never buy from them again
Never recieved my order and even if i had, Colourpop refused to honour a promotion they was running ( A free gift included with a bundle) even though I emailed before they sent the order to remind them to include it
Since the order never arrived I suppose I can chalk the whole thing up as a scam

Ordered and received a used blush. First and last time ordering with Colourpop, I’ve never had anything like this happen to me before and its disgusting this was even packed at all. All the other products are also unsealed and despite them seeming untouched I’m afraid to use them.

I bought one of their eyebrows pencil from target and after using it just for two day the pencil has completely fell apart the brow pencil broke off completely and the brush part of the pencil completely popped out wouldn’t recommend this product

Color pop is the best! I don’t buy makeup anywhere else. Everything is natural and beautiful. I love the face moisturizer and eyeshadow pallets and the lipstick feels amazing! Definitely recommend!

Their duo stick suck every shade is a muddy brown. Nothing duo about it. I got every shade and they all were just a plain muddy brown. What a Hugh lat down.

Colourpop always has great deals, especially on their palettes. I have so many of them! If you are looking for good color payout at great prices, ColourPop is for you. I am definitely a repeat shopper.

There aren't enough words for how much I love this brand. I have a supershock shadow which is one of my daily go to's for makeup, a jelly shadow which is the best glitter makeup I've ever owned and I have two of their lip kits. Everything is good so if you're wondering whether or not you should buy it...do it

I got a Pascal hair clip that is my all time favorite and get many compliment from people! Its cute, stylish, and I holds on for dear life! Its just that awesome!
Then theres the ultra matte lip in currant mood and panther! Both of them get the job done, rich, deep colors and stay on making your lips look beautiful!

Colorpop's pallets are absolutely amazing! The color is long lasting and vibrant, and the brushes are super soft! Absolutely will shop here again!
