I have a very very bad experience with this financial agency i pay my mnthly payments regularly as they just have my iban then 1 day the call agent called me sayiing i havent paid my mnthly payment saying i there is a problem with my iban which is not true so it became their mnthly habit saying my iban is problematic so they will increase my mnthly late payment so i have to pay for their expenses w/ call center agent etc etc 40euros penalty increase to my usual payment w/c is crazy coz i only have small credit remaining to pay so for them to get more money from the clients they have to let the call center call me & increase the said mnthly payment for their call center & everything eventhough they know my iban & i caught them coz i made a return order & the return payment that payment goes to the original payer (cofidis) & cofidis on his part return the existed payment they got from my bank accout & return my mnthly payment!! W/c is impossible if they said i've changed my iban(acct number) so i hope i could help anyone who are planning to get a financial agency!! Go with klarna they are honest to goodness to mnthly interest no payment problem no hassle enough with cofidis!!!!!!
